No, it’s not the point of trading; I have been trading for more than 15 years forex and last 10 cryptocurrencies as well. And I am good at it, really good at it. Go ask rollbit shaver for it. Bad at money money management but good at trading. No platform has a right to strip me of my ability to quit a trade, especially in such an important hour. If they do, I have every right to ask for my compansation.
Good in trading, that’s good to hear and good for you too. At least, it’s one thing I hope to be good at some day.
You still use words like “If they actually” or “If”; seems like you haven’t read or looked at the photos or email I have published. All my words are backed by evidence, please abstain from using words that indirectly try to frame my validiticy.
1. Unacceptable Downtime and Lack of Proper Notification
Rollbit claims to have given prior notice of the maintenance through a site notification and a pinned chat message. However, as a user trading on their mobile platform, I did not see any meaningful warning until it was too late. Even if the notification existed, giving users only minutes to react before initiating maintenance is irresponsible and unacceptable for a platform that handles high-stakes trades.
Wouldn’t come running back to all that you’ve said previously but, I had a good read when I first saw your thread. How are you going to blame Rollbit for your in ability to take note of a warning that was sent out on site and pinned in their chat platform?
You somehow missed that and now all the blame is on them?
Now, you were on a trade within the maintenance period, of course you would not have access to some functionality but, that was temporal and was reactivated after then.
From your response, your trading capital only got liquidated after and those whose trading capital were liquidated during that time frame got compensated.
Sorry but, that’s how I understand it and it’s from all that you have said which was quite detailed.
I have my ground, huge ground to act like this; and sadly yes it hangs on rollbit. It hangs on rollbit, not only the act itself but their unresponsiveness and dodging responsibility because of people that support them like you.
The unshameful dog rollbit razor and his puppies like hhampuz are a virus (like your name) to cryptocurrency and the community. Go ahead and join the club.
This isn’t about having to support this user or that project. You vindicated them by saying, they sent out a warning but for some reason, you missed it. It’s a claim according to you though. You can go ahead with the name calling if that makes you feel any better.
Just curious:
What was the time frame between the end of the maintenance and when you got liquidated?
First I did not see any notification, hence the maintenance was scheduled probably 20-30 mins before the actual maintenance. Let’s say I opened the trade 30 minutes earlier and closed to site then looked at binance to watch the price. It would be impossible for me to even see the maintenance notification if I don’t get any email or sms from the site. This defense is not just invalid but disrespectful. No one is deemed to go to rollbit chat to see any maintenance is taking place next hour. This maintenances should be told via X, E-mail and etc. Last time I looked no tweet or email as far as I can see.
And then, if I am at the wrong for not seeing notification; why do they compansate everyone else who got liquidated? Aren’t they supposed to follow site pin notifications every minute as well?(per your defense)
I did not MISS a warning! I WOULD NOT open a trade with 45000 USD if there was a maintenance notification on place.
For your answer; I WAS DOWN -40.000 WHEN MAINTENANCE ENDED. It took maybe half hour up and down, to finally I closed the trade, 100 usd away from liquidation. Do you try to understand? I was down 40.000 USD when the maintenance ended. I deserve this money.
