So the idea is to share the codebase, launch the product in duality(+) and give eachother support.
Okay, so what I get from this is that you want to build a networking platform. Is it something like LinkedIn? Do you have your own codebase already? I don't think someone is going to build one just because you said you can work together on it. What kind of support you can give them? It's hard to know from your post so far. What about funding? How would you pitch this to a VC or other investors?
Better than LinkedIn; we are moving towards the beta/MVP stage. We're self funded.
