Seriously, I never expected a team like Tottenham to be at their current position.
Why not? 
Imo they're the most inconsistent team in Premier League history. With only one trophy in the past 20-odd years, they've never been clinical. They have really good runs, and really bad runs. Without Kane, and a decent squad, they're right where they should be imo. Maybe my take is controversial, I don't know
