You need to learn to trade in those services where there is no centralised storage and KYC.
There are DEXs nowadays for almost every type of coin/token.
You can both buy and trade without KYC.
I am aware of, at least, 2 DEXs for BTC, 3 DEXs for ERC20 tokens for all Ethereum layers and 2 DEXs for Solana tokens.
