I'm surprised that he's taking part in disputes, such as in Pakhitheboss's report regarding multiple alt accounts and in a few scam accusations and in JollyGood's thread about a neutral tag. A complete newbie who's unaware of how the forum works would rarely get involved in such matters. I personally didn't understand much when I was new and didn't take part in any kind of report or accusation, perhaps that's a coincidence, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's actually an alt account.
