It's been over two days since my withdrawal in USDT (a small amount of 40 USDT). That's the longest I've waited so far, it's usually been relatively quick.
Why don't you just ask where the problem is? Sometimes I catch their support agent Linda in the live support but even if she isn't online you can still send an offline message and expect a reply from her within 12 hours give or take.
2 days seems a bit long to be honest. Only once I think I waited a bit long, then I cancelled it and made a new withdrawal which then got sent out in no time for whatever reason.
Totally strange situation. I asked on live chat what the problem was and was told to be patient and wait. I was on live chat again a few days later and then no one answered my question. This has been going on for over 7 days
