I think doing job is not an easy thing because you have to stay happy to your seniors. You have to do things through which your senior will be happy and it could be anything and you have to give gift to the manager because after he will cooperate with you and if you didn't follow him then he will complain to the employer then you will be fire. So you have to take steps very carefully and you  can't enjoy your life freely because in the other business you are an employee and he will think that he bought you for specific hours. Business is also not an easy thing because everybody has no ability to be successful in business. But you will be financially free after investment and you could give more time to his family.

It's always great to be under the control of our superiors and obey their instructions to some extent depending on the person (superior's) behavior. There also exist false loyalty which more like trying to get the manager to love you by doing too often what's no longer part of the rules of the company. Because in the cooperate settings it's not advisable to be too loyal, the manager would assume you've got some other tactical plans behind why you have to buy his favor with gifts. When doing a thing as this do it selectively and don't overdo it, so as not to raise some form of suspicion.
Loyalty, that is a word that we will always hear when working in a company. I still think it is a natural thing as long as they treat their workers as they should or in other words they can fulfill employee rights. Because sometimes there are companies that only say loyalty, while the company does not need employees properly.
This is my own experience when I worked in a company and finally I quit that job. Not ungrateful for the job because at the same time many people also find it difficult to find work. But at that time I also got a better and more reasonable job.
