Yeah right, if you can't control your emotions then you are prone in losing a lot since you are not willing to let go whatever you lose then you'll be force to add more in order to recover those money, it only adds pressure to you since you wanted to quickly recover your money placing you in a situation where you will just add more money each time your balance got emptied.
Better to quit while you still have the chance and forget about those amount, think about it as payment for your entertainment and nothing more, with that perception you'll be able to stop and not to push yourself to keep on playing.
I would rather perceive it as a fee for the lesson that I managed to get, because before I started playing I was convinced that you can earn money on gambling, after I tried it and it turned out that every time it only brings losses, then this became an experience that shows that it is not as easy as it seemed initially, or maybe even impossible, because only a few earn money in gambling, and until you try you will not know who you are among those who are able to win, or among those who only suffer losses.
Perhaps I have been a loser and a winner and I choose winner every time yet we find it very difficult to win. Even though I would want to learn what essence would gambling be to me in the context in which you put it as a fee for lesson one will have? to me it's perhaps just a little money that I wasted and would never be considered any kind of fee. Experience is gotten from other experience too so you should change that mindset hence it might lead others who would hear it and begin to waste money on gambling for the so called experience.
Well for me gambling is all luck, you play you win, you play you loss whatsoever be the days fate.
