It was a losing day for the two top teams in the league yet they still remain at the top. The only option that would have worked for both matches were both teams score and also over 2.5 goals, although their odds would have been lower than the direct away wins that failed. Well, it is gambling and losses must happen no matter how careful we are.

It is now obvious that the competition in the Saudi league have become so intense even though Cristiano Ronaldo side have not lived up to expectations. We have Al Ittihad chasing the defending champion Al Hilaal closely and being separated by goal difference. The league is still early and things can still turn around for any of the teams.

LOL.. as usual, all the blame falls on Cristiano Ronaldo. It doesn't matter that at the age of close to 40, he is singlehandedly leading the attack in Al Nassr. His club is not performing well, but there is not much that he can do about it. They need to strengthen the defense and the management has been ignoring this problem for quite some time. When they brought Aymeric Laporte and Mohamed Simakan to the team, the issue was put on the backburner. But these two haven't performed well recently.
