Some funds have been moved to his Tron address from MEXC, they contacted me yesterday asking Tron to send me my USDT back (He doesn't have tron his wallet)  . He said it's not worth the trouble.

A possible complaint can be made on MEXC, and this person withdrew some small amounts in USDT to his Tron address. IP logs are most likely going to be there.
