Juventus is actually really good this year in my opinion. Because they have one defeat in the Champions League and only one defeat in the Italian league. Considering this, things may seem to be going well, but in the matches they defend so well, they are ineffective in scoring. This is one of the things that is holding them back. I am sure that coach Motta has already identified this deficiency that we, as fans, see. With his findings, Juventus can reach a much better level with a good striker.
In terms of defeats it is true that Juventus are much better and they only lost once against Napoli but the draws that they mostly get have made Juventus fail to compete for the title because currently they are a little bit further behind with points from first to third place. Juventus can reach their best level when they have creative midfielders so that it will be easier for strikers to score goals and this is actually what Motta needs to fix if they want to be one of the candidates for the title for next season.
