Where is @OP, the representative has clarified why this thing can happen.
I do understand if we use so many sites, we might forget whether we ever create an account before or not. In this case, why you didn't try to use forgot password feature. If you really have account, they will send the code into your mail, if you didn't create an account, they will show error message.

You can create an accusation in
Scam accusations board and provide all the evidence, just copy the image link after you upload to third party hosting webistes e.g. talkimg, imgbb, imgvb etc.
