Chelsea had some good chances in the first half to make it three goals and bury the game but they were not clinical enough in front of goal to convert the chances and by so leaving the game open for Manchester City to make a comeback and even win the game. Not only Jackson but our priceless jewel Cole Palmer also was not at his best against Manchester City, they cost their club this three points now City edge closer and in the top four whole they follow behind.  Is it just me or does it look like Cole Palmer lost his form and Foden has picked up his form.

That's true and you noticed that if any team is playing against Manchester City and they can not convert their chances it makes City to dominate and convert theirs, it will make them look good but they're not as good as we see them (City).

Sure, if not that City experienced some flops in their past games before they picked form again, they are one of the teams in England that don't joke with opportunities to score in the front of the goalkeeper and when their opponent gives them much pressure, their return is always dangerous. City may not be as good as they seem, but for the fact they have made good improvements in the premier league lately, they should be accorded that respect. Besides, they have managed to return back to the top four position in the league table which means they made a lot of efforts to achieve that so i don't know how a team can perform before they can be rated as a good team.

When it comes to Man City and opportunities you can say the both are like 5&6, for example that one error Colwill made when he was marking Haaland, lack of experience was shown all over the defenders and Haaland never needed to do much but to shield him a little and the rest is history, too poor from the defender. If Man City was to play like 4 games with an outstanding game at hand making it 5 I believe they would have been eyeing to return to the top of the table as league leaders and nobody should write them off because the remaining part of the season is still going to be rough for the top 3 of the table, Liverpool Arsenal and Nottingham Forest. From what I'm seeing Forest might drop point in their next 3-4 games, Liverpool can as well struggle but that point gap will reduce as well, don't want to talk about the Gunners because this is the moment they know how to mess up real bad.

This win against Chelsea is the fault of the Blues to let the Citizens capitalize on them after those chances was thrown away by the senior man up front (Jackson). Seriously I have been checking those two players, is like a swap of form by the two players Palmer and Foden, is funny how good Cole has been and making the Blues look good and reaching the second part of the season he gradually lost that brilliance in making things happen and Foden found the lost form of Cole Palmer and now he is the Superman of his team City. But on second thought, i still believe Cole Palmer can only play well only if he has better players who have better control and they organize the midfield more better, if the attacker is also scoring or doing well like passing the ball properly, making good attempts, I feel Palmer will pick form again no matter the team Chelsea face.

Football is always like that, you don't expect a particular player to always perform well all the way from the start of the season to the end. Perhaps, for the fact that Cole Palmer made good impact to the team before he started experiencing hard lucks now, he should still receive that respect that they have been according him. If Palmer has lost form and Phil Foden picked form there is nothing bad there, after all, many people were praying for City to return back to form so if their players are doing better now, it's a thing to praise them and not feel bad about a player who was performing well before and is not in a better form now. Cole Palmer is still a big name in the squad of Chelsea so it doesn't matter if he is doing well now or not.

Well I don't think his performance is something to worry about or say he performs better than Foden or not. I think is the manager who is responsible for the poor display Palmer is having in recent games, as a manager you have the tools to make one of your best player to perform pretty well and you are acting stingy to bring them on to help this particular player and also the team. Chelsea have Felix who Aston Villa are trying to get at the moment, continue to pair Felix and Nkunku who is also on his way out from the club.
These guys have good chemistry when they play along side each other and it makes Chelsea very difficult to defeat but he prefers to scatter their playing together and prefers to play someone who kills the attacking force of the game and also prefers to flood the squad with defenders than midfielders which is not proper and he'll come tomorrow answering and saying rubbish in front of the press that Chelsea doesn't have what it takes to be one of the title contenders and we'll call that mind games? No way the man Enzo Maresca is punishing the players and the club by making them look like they are failures.
