Following our previous reply to your inquiry in our Announcement thread, we have given an explanation that we find proof of connection to other accounts as well as signs of sportsbook abuses. Our stance on this is firm: we will not reinstate the account.
After we take a full stat reports, we will be initiating a refund against your deposit. Please email us at

when you say "entire balance" do you mean the $1200 which includes your deposit and winnings? so despite finding that your account is connected to other accounts they still paid you the entire balance, I wonder why.
