Problem people Want to play names of teams without knowing that their team is already safe and for managers it's the perfect opportunity to give players that don't get enough game time ,and as you have put it rest it's "A" team.
If anything this round of games is the perfect chance to catch some outsiders as favourites playing for nothing are likely to play for the draw , while the other team plays to get fame if they win, market it's best players for the transfers and obviously bragging rights.
