Maybe OP already knows about the foundations but just wants to point out what makes bitcoin even more unique. Maybe he is a tech geek. Bitcoin network really does change the financial and technological with its technology so I don’t think it’s wrong to also admire said technology. It has become now the leading technology and one that is being followed by emerging technologies.
Note: bitcoin is not trying to replace the global financial system, but Bitcoin os just playing the Alternative role in the global financial system so we shouldn't misunderstand things.
That is true. But it is impressive how much efficient the bitcoin network is compared to banks and centralized platforms.
