I been told this by one guy who use to organised world war 2 he is 75 year old and he don't care now he can openly tell everything.he told me that wars like this are COURTS -
Unfortunately you didn't disclose the guys name that is misinterpreting people being killed and properties destroyed to be a court process. The war in Ukraine is serious and needs to stop to safe human lives.
He is not only one guys like this who working in international organisations there is many don't worry If the guy will die it will be public info as always this info not public because of invidual privacy.
But yes he did explained to me that world organisations viewing this as court process.
It makes sense too because why else they confiscated funds from russia it was in case that If RUSSIA LOSE war the court fees are paid, while they deducted so high fees from russia it means the JUDGES think that RUSSIA might lose this war and have very high insurance risk.
