When 2 countries can't decide wich land or resources goes to both sides then there is court.
Court means war and when loser pays court fees, that's exacly with russian / ukraine war.
Western countries frozen the russian assets it's just the SECURITY DEPOSITE in case russia lose war so the court fees can be deducted.
In that case russia made court case start against ukraine so russia paid first with frozen assets in western banks.
In case ukraine lose war then off course ukraine will pay the court fees to russia side+court case.



I been told this by one guy who use to organised world war 2 he is 75 year old and he don't care now he can openly tell everything.he told me that wars like this are COURTS - we the normal people looking at all by humans and compassion prespective but very elite looking at all as business transaction and laws and rules emotions not involved but only matters the rules and regulations in the process without even thinking personally or having heart or emotions.

Basicly like Mafa- the Code and nobody don't act upon their personal interests but with code and conduct with exacly strict rules placed.


There is no matter If some political leader keep on putin side or zelensky....only the one who will win war will win the court case wich is the war.
UN and Geneva headqueters of neutrality will over watch both sides and will organise case fires for both fighther with equal rights and rules for aid and recovery.
Countries who got a lot money and assets are allowed only to start COURT CASES against others because they need to pay first for the lawyers and court fees wich is not cheap the one who start WAR are the one who make claim against another in this case CLAIM was started by russia.

For the loser it will be devastated high bets all in same goes for middle east war.

The china go t a lot money and Riches so china can deposite aswell SECURITY DEPOSITE as china want to claim agslnst Tawain.

The USA can start war aswell against Denmark since usa got a lot wealth too for security deposite in court
