As 'panjul07' has already explained above, it was a personal bonus (exclusive). Shuffle promotional team had sent it to specific users. So, they didn't make any public announcement about it. For an unknown reason, I hadn't received the promotional email about this.
Anyway, Shuffle has sent the pre-monthly bonus as a single claimable amount. They haven't sent it as a 3 days reload like before. I have received $3 from it, and lost it instantly.
