it's never easy to play with fewer men even when the opponent is not a team fighting to win the Premier League title, Arsenal managed the game well even with 10 against 11 until Wolves also received a red card and the parity of players on the pitch was restored and they were able to capitalize on the opportunity by scoring with Calafiori. Arsenal got 3 very important points and they are still keeping them alive to win the Premier League
Arsenal are constantly being hampered by something, they couldn't become champions before because City dominated, and now Liverpool is hampering them. Yes, this win is very important for them, but now Liverpool is ahead of them by 6 points and has a game in hand, that is, they can potentially be ahead of Arsenal by 9 points, which seems too big a gap to me to say that Arsenal still has a chance to compete with Liverpool.
Arsenal continues to be hampered in the title race because Arsenal cannot perform consistently like Man City did in previous seasons and not like Liverpool this season so I think Arsenal's chances of winning the EPL title are quite small if Arsenal cannot improve their performance to perform consistently since the beginning of the season and not make many mistakes, so far this season Arsenal has made many mistakes by getting many draws so that they lost many points which made the gap with Liverpool wide, I think Arsenal is only able to finish in the top 3 this season.
What makes Arsenal inconsistent is that they do not have a quality center forward, hungry for goals, and able to provide victory after victory, we see they only rely on Kai Harvertz and Martinelli, in my opinion both of them do not always perform well in every match. Arsenal need a striker like Haaland, Osimhen, or Omar Marmoush, and I am pretty sure they realize that but strangely they do not move quickly to find a player like that, is the owner that stingy? If so, it is no wonder Arsenal will only be a complement every season.
