Both are hugely egoistic players and they have realized that they can only play successfully if they play together, but at the end of the day both players are after individual rewards, want to lead the scorer list and want to be considered the best in the world. I was curious to see how this will play out and I think it didn't go all that well so far. Or put differently, I thought it would go better than that. I thought that Real Madrid is going to be the deadliest attack line in European football, but it isn't quite there to be honest as both want to play the most important role in the team. But now they are getting along with each other better from game to game. But they will remain competitors within the same team. Vinicius Junior thinks he is the best in the world and so does Mbappe.
In principle, this could be a ticking time bomb that could undermine the psychological climate in the team, knowing the character and ambitions of both Vinicius Junior and Mbappe. However, so far they seem to be getting along quite well in the team, but for some reason I am sure that there will still be friction, because I do not think that Vinicius has given up his dreams of winning the golden ball, and Mbappe came to the club just to strengthen his international weight in the eyes of fans and experts. I just remembered Neymar's recent revelations that Mbappe then reacted with some jealousy to Messi's arrival at PSG. The irony of fate is that Mbappe himself is now in a similar situation at Real Madrid.
