I don't think it's appropriate to compare a trial with a war. War is far from a trial. A trial is built on the basis that the parties undertake to observe the general rules established in human society and obey them, and the winner is the one who adhered to these rules more. At the same time, war is chaos, destruction, lack of rules, where the strongest wins, who often ignores any universal rules of conduct.

War has nothing to do with a trial or a trial. Those who start wars for any reason or cause discard all human and even animal rules, since the animal world has its own rules and traditions. For example, have you seen animals start big wars among themselves? No, only a person can sometimes fall so low as to exterminate his own kind en masse. This does not happen even in the animal world.

By comparing a war with a trial, you thereby promote the cult of violence and the right of the strong. After all, wars are usually won by the strong, and the court case is won by those who, on the contrary, adhered to the established general rules of conduct in human society.

When Russia attacked Ukraine, Putin counted on the fact that Russia was many times stronger than Ukraine in terms of material resources. Therefore, the world community was prepared for Ukraine to lose. But the people of Ukraine broke these plans, demonstrating fortitude and aspiration for freedom. Only after this did other states begin to actively help Ukraine. But higher powers have always been on Ukraine's side. This is especially noticeable as nature has always helped Ukraine in this war.
