Coinbase makes you wait 5 days. Any options to create an account today and be owning BTC immediately or tomorrow? Anyone care to send me several BTC and I send you paypal?
If you add a Credit Card to your CoinBase account then you can buy BTC instantly.
Although if you are going to create a new account now, you will have to wait a few days (took me 3 days) till they verify your Bank account.
After that, it is instant.
