Kann es sein das wirklich nur Qualifizierte Wallets die RBNT versenden können ? Empfangen kann die RBNT ja scheinbar jede Adresse im Mainnet.
Du kannst an jede Adresse versenden, ja ... also jede EVM-kompatible Adresse. Versenden können tatsächlich aber nur Adressen/Accounts, die auch verifiziert sind. Man verifiziert aber grundsätzlich nicht die Adresse sondern den Account ... und dem kann man dann bis zu 10 Adressen zuordnen. Hängst du also deine Zieladresse zum Account dazu, dann kann die auch versenden.
