do you still have premine coin for giveaway? why don't you make a giveaway, for someone who voted H2O 5 times / hour in mintpal will gel amount of H2O, ie : 100 H2O.
that will boost your vote there, it's better than you pay mintpal directly, which cost you 0.0001 for 5 vote
negative impact is H2O price will down because some voter will dump in exchanger after they got payment
Getting massive votes on Mintpal will grant some buzz. However, most of the coins near the top....people paid to buy those votes with bitcoin. I don't know if we have the funds for that. You could spend a lot and still lose to someone else.

I believe the increase in price when it hits mintpal will be higher than the reduction in price due to these rewards.
I also believe that many of those coins will be kept until mintpal trading starts
If we do this, I'm willing to giveaway up to 1 million H2O. How do you prove you voted 5 times?
The only way would be to link one's name to a BTC address and count how much was sent from it to the H2O voting address and then convert it to a H2O reward.
I'm not sure why BTC address is needed. Someone who voted H2O in mintpal and has proof will receive certain amount of H2O.
