Well, the Cryptocasino representative has responded to your accusation in the official announcement thread. See the following quote:

I have also taken a look at their representative's response on the KazinoAzov website, which is in the following quote:

They say

"This player last provided a printed out document from the internet which as we told him was not acceptable. Since then he has not provided anything else. If he can provide a normal document, there will be no more issues. For example, he can provide us with a Phone bill or Utility bill from within the last 3 months."

So there you have it.

Well, if you OP provided them with fake or internet-sourced documents then you have already violated their policy, and they were right to close your account immediately.

So, there is no issue in submitting the documents they requested from you. It’s clear that the problem is on your side.

Be patient, submit your real documents, and let us know the results.

I can provide a screen recording from the online bank of receiving this document which they rejected twice, however, on my side
