Russia's conditions for ending the conflict have not changed - the key ones being the refusal to join NATO and Ukraine's neutral status. But Ukraine needs to think faster, the conflict will soon spread to the Dnipropetrovsk region.They definitely won't be accepted into NATO in any case.

800,000 Ruzzians dead, billions lost and the stores of vehicles depleted, there is a country called Ukraine, there is clear intent to become a modern free and western leaning country and there will certainly be physical guarantees of safety for them.
