I'm not a day trader a.k.a full time trader, so I don't have the answer to that. I only become a trader when I think conditions will benefit me such as the announcement of updates that will occur on a project, etc. That's the most comfortable & safest way for me so far to make a profit from altcoins, because there's a lot of development there.
