I also can confirm that they are sending the promotional emails containing free WOF spins.
E-mail free spins were re-started in November, and they come regularly like before problems started(at least for now).

I have received the promotional emails containing free WOF spins since January 13 regularly. I have those emails before that too, but not regularly.
For example, I didn't receive amy email from January 9 to January 12 and from December 13 to January 3.
For fairness, I inform that it is solved after activating promotional emails that likely had been deactivated during a software update.
