Any one planing of going into gambling should first of all come to the realization that gambling was designed originally for those whose heart is strong enough to withstand the outcome of the gambling events as gambling related deaths has claimed the Life of many as their blood pressure increased as a result of losing from their gambling
So before you think of gambling with your hard earned money have a rethink and see if you can withstand the outcome especially in football when the team you placed your bet is losing by 2:0 can you withstand the pressure of watching the game knowing that you're money is going away?
The best solution should be to switch off the match if the team you placed a bet on is losing, because most times I usually don't like watching a game I gambled on, to avoid getting angry, most especially seeing my prediction go the opposite. Because as a gambler, there is one habit you needs to inculcate, and that is not to allow your betting lose affect your emotions or mental state of well being, since in gambling anything is possible, and as such, it's advisable people gamble what they can always afford to lose.
Well, lets try to look at this from a different perspective, when you place a bet on a match which you know you are going to watch, and while watching the match, your team is lossing and this is getting you really upset/angry, disstabilizing your mental order, it simply means that you have possibly bet an amount of money you weren't ready or cant afford to lose.
I myself use to bet on football matches which I still spend some time to watch, it's always very exciting to watch a match I had a bet on, doesn't matter if I am losing my bet or winning it, but this is only if and when I had placed the bet with a small amount of money I am sure I wouldn't mind losing.
Other time when it happens that I bet big, it's always heart wrecking to sit and watch a match where you are losing a good sum of money.
To avoid ever feeling such type of mental stress, we all should learn to gamble with amount of money we can comfortably afford to lose.
