When is want to send funds again in september 24 it was still blocked an i try to contact the customer service at 15/9/2024.
The answers are always th same, they are working on it or they need a better picture or they need other bills.Isn't it just a scam?
this company is 100% scam , and the only way to deal with it is to contact with police , my wallet is locked from year for KYC even though provided all there request's and they came with new request
