You need to share some proof of your ordeal for forum members to properly assess your situation. Just typing stuff here and there randomly is pointless. Update this post with screenshots of your conversations with the support team etc.
What exactly was the problem related to your account? Multi-accounting, VPN usage, Arbing etc? More clarity is required from your end.
Sorry but I believe his post and complaint is clear enough, you rather is the one who possibly did not understand properly.
Based on how I read and understand the users post, he is not formally accusing shuffle of any thing yet, he only brought his issue wit the casino here for the reps to help look into it and help process his withdrawal.
He isn't accusing the casino of scamming him or stealing his money, so there is really no need for him to begin sharing evidence to backup his claim.
We can only request that he share evidence of his claim when he comes forward to formally accuse the casino of stealing his money by either banning his account and by other means.
