Lately, politicians have not limited their activities to fighting for political offices and positions but rather have dived into so many other sectors such as interest in Tech and cryptocurrency as we have seen lately with some global leaders getting to the center stage in both tech and cryptocurrency.

My question is, do we have any notable casino that is been run or owned by any known politician like Trump or another leader?

In my opinion and knowledge, it would be rare or even illegal for a politician to own a casino in the gambling business industry.
Let's face it, politicians are humans too, with rights, they have the right to have their establishments. However, their positions could be an obstacle at times, nonetheless, extant laws vary. As you believe it's rare or illegal, it's true in some countries, but some relax it, while other countries are even silent about it.

Now, let's assume it's illegal in a certain country, some politicians must have had it before holding political office. By virtue, the worst is to step down as the President, CEO etc, but temporarily until they finish serving their terms in the office. Won't they still take it back when they are done serving the public?

For this, indirectly, despite pretending to step down, they still own it. That's why some of them make their loyal friends or family members the board of directors in such establishments so that returning it back to them would be easy. Some may even establish casinos in proxies with allies' names using stolen public funds.
