Of course, you have every right to emphasize quality over quantity. That is your choice and/or preference, yet it does not mean other guys need to preference the same or even disclose their exact leanings in their balance of quality/quantity ideas. Of course, we do talk about these matters from time to time, and guys can choose whether they want to discuss or describe their particulars.
Yeah, but working out is some sort of a collective thing and the good thing with giving fitness details is that you can be corrected if you're doing stuffs wrongly, or motivated to try out a different challenge or increase your limits. Everyone has theirs and discussing it might as well be some sort of an eye opener for others and a motivation to others too. Fitness is much about motivation and even the tiniest of it shouldn't be withheld.
It's cool if most guys wouldn't want to disclose their fitness patterns, I think being open creates a more friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. Happy new month to all.

Of course, you can see that I have tended to share quite a bit about my personal pushup practices, and I have no problem with the idea of sharing ideas. I do have problems with guys either attempting to impose standards or to suggest that there is some need for guys to prove their pushups. Of course, it if appears obvious that guys are either lying or making claims that don't make sense, then I don't have any problem with the idea of point out those kinds of inconsistencies that we have had in the thread from time to time over the past year-ish.
