Poland is so shitty country, I observe that for decades. This is a closed loop. You cannot stand out here. Even if you should.
Everyone suggests that you change country, but I will go the other way.
I hope you won't need to change country simply because Binance asked you to give the full name of the person you send Bitcoin to. Because I know for a fact that they require just a plain text full name, which means nothing really happens. It's just to conform with the legislation in the EU.
The problem is other nature: we follow EU but are back few years up to over a decade. We put current EU law into our system, which isn't ready for it.
Also we have that much controlling gov, that we cannot do much. Everything is stuck. Currently the unemployment rate is raising very fast and birth rate going much down.
Gov is thinking how to block people from making money, but does not take care about important things.
There were tons of negligence past few last decades.
