The Bitcoin network is so impressive and it's the best I have ever seen, it produces 67 times more hashes per second than there are grains of sand on Earth. This is so so amazing and incredible. another amazing fact is that in terms of raw operations per second, it is 500 times more powerful than the world's most powerful supercomputer.
it's so powerful that bitcoin never got serious threat ever since its first emergence, the people who don't understand bitcoin keep speaking about how if bitcoin got hacked, etc without knowing that it's being backed up by massive computing power and it's a lot more secure than the like of PoS or any other mechanism out there. but the metric to determine "powerful" is still ambiguous though, what do you mean by powerful? it's hack resistant or something?.
