On top of it all, Stake made sure that a regular message was being displayed on the member area as a countdown reminder for the exercise and even updated that failure to do it would automatically set the account into a withdraw-only mode. If you can withdraw your money, is there any shadiness in that? I can't understand people and their inclination to dissatisfaction and lawlessness.
You can't really blame them though since the whole point of crypto gambling sites was to avoid KYC and to play anonymously which was possible before, but not anymore thanks to world governments pressuring them intensely.
You have a good point, that's actually what Satoshi would have wanted. Still, we don't have to deceive ourselves, no responsible government would allow such for too long. Private individuals can maintain those characteristics (privacy and anonymity) in their closets but not a duly registered and popular establishment operating a centralised system. This is why I faulted the OP, didn't he know that Stake is centralised and KYC casino? It is now beyond the intention of crypto but the obligation of an establishment (Stake) to the law and regulation.
