Nah, there are a lot of fork of Bitcoin like BSV that claim to be as well the true vision of Satoshi. But it's not, there are not true Bitcoin, but Bitcoin itself, simply as that. We have to understand and accept the fact that Bitcoin has involved as well, and not as (pseudo) anonymity.

But it doesn't mean that those privacy coins like Monero is the true fulfillment of Satoshi.

And there will be no one alternative coins out that can claim to be Satoshi's vision. Monero was design to be different.
