Hello. Created a user at whale.io site yesterday. Is the telegram chat always super slow to respond? Been waiting for over 2 hours for response now.. More used to crypto casinos having very fast response time on live chat.
I think with sites that are on the smaller site still that don't have too many staff members yet that's quite normal. Better to send an email and wait for the reply to be honest. That's better than waiting a long time in front of your screen I think and basically get's handled in the same timely manner.
