I'm not allowed to complain if i have issues with casinos? to answer you why i didn't come back its because : i took a pause from gambling because of personal issues , one of the 3 casino's what i complain, they fixed my account and paid me full balance , i just update the thread (sorry for that) , sure i will post proof , but what proof because they have only automatic answers same things to every email or live chat , i will come with print screen from conversation and also to my withdraw time and everything , but what i don't understand it's , why i should lie about it ?

You are free to complain but it should be clear, as mentioned before, it would be better if you can provide solid evidence to support your complaint. Simple as that...
You are complaining about delayed withdrawal here, so simple proof is by showing your withdrawal history (attach a screenshot).
As additional proof, you can add the screenshot of the conversation between you and the support.
It is not about lying or not, but it is about the reality of your complaint because words only cant be proven.
