i'm pretty sure it's not legal, but what can you expect from a casino that's operating without a license and is incorporated in a country that doesn't regulate gambling?
Betpanda have a gambling license. Their license company is located in Costa Rica, but they are licensed under Anjouan. They don't have a validator link available on the site, you can check it from their sister casino Casinopunkz.their license for casinopunkz.io is irrelevant here since we are talking about betpanda.
also, if they did have a license for betpanda.io, it would be displayed on the website, as that's a requirement.
