Our educational system is not giving creative mind people in the society because there are thousands of people who are hard working but they are jobless due to their bad luck and lack of skills which can make them successful in life . I think person should get knowledge of multiple fields then he will be successful. No matter how much study you did,the matter for how many years you did practice in the field. If you want to be teacher then there you have to face high challenge in that because millions of people want to become teacher and few will be selected for that and if you want to become doctor then you have to pass entrance exam and after you will be successful in life but the thing is, always enter in the field in which there is low competition.
In some countries the education system is regulated based on the curriculum and teachers are not allowed to deviate from that path for the education pattern given to their students so that this pattern makes a teacher not free to run the program they want. A country that adopts a learning system like this will not help students much to achieve skills according to their natural talents because learning is more about following the curriculum process which is based on learning without direct practice.
Sometimes it is boring when we study in school because education is more about watching and there are not many things that make students more skilled. Not to mention talking about learning facilities which may still be quite behind the education of some developed countries and this is how we can conclude that education is too watchful and not to direct students' talents to develop.
