It reminds me of the last Champions League playoffs, when City and Real also met quite early and there was also a lot of talk about how they met too early and that the winner of this pair would eventually become the champion. Obviously, it has always been very difficult to compete with Real, now little has changed, and although it seems that Real is not so strong now, they will always remain the favorites to win the Champions League.
Funny enough both of these clubs are currently one of the worse sides in the Champions League Competition. We all know how ambitious Real Madrid can be when it comes to the Champions league competition, they can literally go from the worse side to the champions of Europe. They have what it takes, they have just faced too many problems from injuiand tactical issues. I'll be rooting for Real Madrid. I don't think I'll support my noisy neighbours, it's good to see how they have been humbled all round this season. They'll be playing this fixture on the 11th of February. I'm still not completely clear with this format but shiits getting more interesting.
