Observation - It’s been going on as a gossip or will I say argument.
That players of nowadays are more focus on making money rather than playing for passion like the old days.
I also can strongly say that passion for football ends in Ronaldo and Messi ERA.
So many headlines has been flying around, about players either wanting to change clubs because they want to secure a huge paycheck. While others still in their current club demanding a pay rise to a new contract.
The Saudi Arabia side has now made it more obvious by opening the door to players who are more interested in money than passion to come in.
I need more clarity on this matter, which is the reason I brought it on here.

Maybe it is the adults who's minds have become clouded with age and project their own perceptions back on to the younger generations. Kids often want to follow their idols and their focus on the few best players is still down to their skill I think, but the amount of money they are earning keeps on creeping higher. Footballers have always been highly paid, Saudi Arabia has definitely notched it up a level but they are definitely chasing a vanity project that will not necessarily last long term. It's probably a good thing that these footballers get paid insane amounts and then return to their home countries way richer, because that is the place they're more likely to settle and spend it long term.
