AS Roma got a draw and that was a good result for them, I agree with that. Napoli are title contenders this season and they are very difficult to beat, so this draw is indeed a good result for them. If we remember, before this match took place, many had predicted that Napoli would win the match and few predicted that AS Roma could get points. Although they only got 1 point, it was a result that felt like a victory in my opinion. AS Roma should be grateful for what they got in this match. Yes, maybe some people think this is not a good result for them because they are the host.

Getting a point in an Italian Serie A game against an in form Napoli I think was a very good result for Roma. We've seen Napoli destroy teams this season in the league but AS Roma were able to hold them to a 1:1 draw. AS Roma's results this season have been very inconsistent but I think their performance against league leaders Napoli over the weekend will go a long way in helping them regain confidence which I think in turn will make them improve in their performances going forward. Hopefully they capitalize on that result to have an impressive second half of the league campaign

Napoli failed to get all 3 points following the1:1 draw they played out against AS Roma, Napoli deserved victory in the game because of their good display and better performance but seeing how AS Roma was able to get a draw against Napoli shows the improvement in the team despite their inconsistent performance in the league. AS Roma may even get a bad result in their next game if they play against a team that matches their energy, Napoli wouldn't have played a 1:1 draw if not because of their over confidence in the game knowing that they have a better squad than Roma.

Napoli couldn't even find a proper position in the match. Roma was the effective team throughout the match and managed to draw the match with a beautiful goal in extra time. Napoli may have a better squad but Roma showed with the way they played that they shouldn't be underestimated. Roma was the side that played the ball better and went on the offensive against Napoli. In my opinion, they should have at least drawn the match and they actually got what they deserved.
