I did not use any bonuses, promotional codes or referral links.
During January I made deposits totaling 3800 USD and had withdrawal orders for 2400 USD
Current account balance is about 1270 USD. Overall, I'm still in the red.
I prefer to bet on basketball as i like this sport - NBA, Europe cups and TOP championships.
Average bet was 50-100 USD,may be some NBA games by 200 USD.
I am the only one who uses the site and only from my home PC and i don`t use any VPN services.
My account has been verified to level 3(live ID,face check).
On February 2, when I try to order a withdrawal of 250 USD,
I receive a message - Functionality is temporarily restricted for this account
When I contacted live chat for clarification, they asked me about "list the other accounts that you have on Rollbit"
I replied that I only have one account. No one in my family is registered on this site or gambles.
Thier answer was - "Please list the usernames or emails of ALL your other Rollbit accounts.
Once you have those please let us know" and they didn’t answer me anymore.
I did not expect such behavior from the support team. Then I found several threads with a similar problem.
Please help me with this situation, with contacts of managers who will pay attention to this.
