Every trader has gotten to the point where you'll hit rock bottom and feel like given up cause of too much losses 📉 most end up in depth just to get capital to trade.
For me the I'm an SMC trading but I do use ICT most times for day trading, if I'm to take a trade I'll look for a demand zone on 4H TF and split my entry into 3 most times 4 it all depends on how the market structure is, I could remember last week I took a sell on SOL on Thursday and closed on Sunday cause I wasn't feeling like holding a trade when market opens on Monday early morning but I got to notice that most moves and entry happens on Monday or Tuesday

Coping another person strategy of trading may not later work for you even when I the person is making it big from that his/her strategy. The best is learn to trade and build a good strategy that work for you yourself.
right, trading is not like that will success come by following other person strategies,
