Even in 2010 i honestly dont recall on google searches bitcoin placing tiny ads on the sides of google searches, i honestly can say this! So bitcoin right from the beginning never advertised? Crazy!
yep word of mouth 2009-2011 ish then those involved started publicly promoting it positively and news media made negative public reports about it (advertising)
