Or they may be a scammer or troll who never had any intention of ponying up $10k.
The buyer operates as normal to maintain trust and then scam a lot of people that have regard for the old account user.
This is not nearly as easy a task as you assume it is.
Some forum users tend to rate one account over the other I don't know why they do that but for me, I think all forum accounts are equal regardless of whether you are a campaign manager or not.
Heh, that is dangerous if you're involved with any kind of trade on the forum, given the rampant amount of scammers and alt accounts. Ask any lender if they think all forum accounts are equal.
