Likely i would say it very easy to overcome this fear
When it happens i likely advice, in every one month ever week choose a day off from your phone,device's and go enjoy your self go enjoy natures, go play sports hangouts with friends love ones without ever touching your phone or laptop.
This has work out for me but yours made be in a different position it help you to recognize that there is more to life than the endless chase of money and materialism.
Actually, eliminating the fear of investing doesn't have to be like what you said. In fact, what happens is missing opportunities when you don't open your laptop or cellphone because you're busy on vacation with friends and family.
In my opinion, eliminating the fear of investing can be overcome by making a clear investment plan, understanding the risks, and managing emotions. If this has been done well, you invest without feeling afraid of investing, especially if you have a strong belief in what you are investing in. In addition, you must invest using cold money, in other words not money for daily living needs.
So before investing, you must first learn the basics of crypto and its risks so that when the market is fluctuating you don't feel afraid or panic. But it all comes back to each individual in eliminating fear, for me to eliminate fear as I said above.
